Would you like to lead and grow Black & White Engineering's presence in France? As an established engineering leader, either from an electrical or mechanical design background, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Paris office.

Your primary focus will be to drive market growth, strengthen client relationships, and build a high-performing team across France. Working closely with our European leadership team and global network, you will help deliver a profitable, sustainable business while enhancing Black & White Engineering's reputation in one of Europe's fastest-growing data centre markets.

Deliver Mission-Critical Projects

• Deliver some of the sector's most challenging programmes.
• Degree qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSc/BEng), or equivalent industry experience.
• Significant building services design experience, ideally including data centre projects, with strong technical leadership credentials.
• Chartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership, with membership of IET, CIBSE or equivalent professional body preferred.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex project delivery within an international environment.
• Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, contract administration, fee management, and business planning.
• Sound understanding of health & safety requirements and relevant local, IEC and industry design standards.
