We are currently looking for an Area Commercial Sales Lead - Midmarket in France.

This strategic commercial role focuses on driving midmarket revenue growth by shaping territory strategy, accelerating pipeline performance, and strengthening partner‑led sales execution. You will operate at the intersection of direct sales teams, channel partners, and go‑to‑market functions to ensure strong alignment across all commercial motions. The role is highly focused on identifying whitespace opportunities, improving deal conversion, and increasing average deal size through structured account and opportunity planning. You will play a key part in supporting scalable growth across midmarket segments while ensuring disciplined execution across the sales cycle. Working closely with distribution partners and internal stakeholders, you will help translate global strategy into localized commercial success. This is a high‑impact role for a commercially driven leader who thrives in data‑driven, partner‑enabled sales environments.

Responsibilities

  • Execute midmarket territory strategies aligned with regional go‑to‑market priorities and partner coverage models
  • Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to ensure effective coverage of priority midmarket accounts
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and underpenetrated segments to unlock incremental revenue growth
  • Lead structured account and opportunity planning focused on qualification, pipeline acceleration, and deal conversion
  • Influence deal strategy, including pricing, packaging, and commercial positioning for midmarket opportunities
  • Support sales teams in driving bundled and scalable solution offerings to increase deal size and win rates
  • Strengthen sales execution discipline through opportunity inspection, forecasting rigor, and pipeline hygiene
  • Align with marketing and enablement teams on targeted midmarket campaigns and initiatives
  • Escalate key risks and strategic opportunities to senior commercial leadership to ensure execution alignment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, sales strategy, or commercial leadership roles within midmarket or enterprise segments
  • Strong background in territory planning, pipeline management, and revenue performance optimization
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, or indirect sales ecosystems
  • Ability to influence deal strategy, pricing, and commercial structuring to drive business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and forecast accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across sales, marketing, and partner organizations
  • Results‑driven mindset with strong execution discipline and accountability for growth targets
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, data‑driven, and matrixed environments
