Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects for our company in Clairvaux. Your primary role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the clients’ satisfaction. You will work closely with a team of architects, engineers and other professionals to deliver high-quality designs and construction plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and timelines including budget estimates
• Oversee project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
• Manage a team of architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure effective collaboration and coordination
• Review architectural designs and plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials for projects
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and identify any potential issues or delays
• Ensure that projects are completed within budget by monitoring expenses and making cost‑saving decisions when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or a similar role
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction processes
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with clients, contractors and other professionals effectively

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.

Location: This position is located in Clairvaux. Candidates from any nationality are welcome to apply.

Working Hours: This is a full‑time position with working hours from 9AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.
