Architectural Technologist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux. This position is part-time and does not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects.
• Utilize CAD software and other tools to draft accurate designs.
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess project progress.
• Communicate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Stay updated on building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.
