Position: Architectural Project Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects from Concept/Programming through the Construction Phase.
• Ensure detailed focus on project schedules and project details.
• Take responsibility for the completion and quality of work on a project.
• Multitask and assist on multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate building systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure compatibility with the design intent.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members and consultants.

Criteria

• Minimum 5-7 years of architectural experience in commercial and multi-family projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of Project Leader experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of commercial construction, residential design, building codes, and green design criteria.
• Ability to produce full sets of Construction Documents and review drawing sets for code compliance and accuracy.
