Architecte Data, IA & Intégration — Data CoE
We're partnering with a major organisation building out its Data Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a senior architectural role for someone who has built modern distributed data platforms in practice - not just designed them on paper.
The architecture vision is built around Domain-Driven Design and Event-Driven Architecture. If you think in bounded contexts, design systems around events rather than storage, and know how to make data flows observable end-to-end - this was written for you!
The role sits at the intersection of three strategic pillars:
- Data & AI - each business line owns its data domain and AI use cases. You'll design and deliver the platform that serves those bounded contexts, enabling teams to ingest, transform, and expose trusted data products for AI and business use cases.
- Integration - Kafka is the backbone. You'll move the business from a storage-first mindset to a fully event-driven model, connecting a broad ecosystem of internal and external systems through loosely coupled, real-time event flows.
- Interoperability & Observability - shared customer journeys across business lines are cross-domain event flows. You'll design the API layer and instrument end-to-end observability across those boundaries - tracing events, monitoring flow health, and making the invisible visible.
You'll operate as an architect but you're at home with engineering teams. You think in systems, not slides.
What we're looking for:
- Strong background in Domain-Driven Design and Event-Driven Architecture
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Databricks, and API design
- E2E observability across complex, multi-domain data flows
- Digitally native mindset - you've built modern data platforms, not just advised on them
- Ability to engage credibly with both business stakeholders and engineering teams
If you've felt constrained by legacy thinking and want to shape something from the ground up, this is worth a conversation.
