Your role at Avaliance

As an Azure Cloud Architect – Move to Cloud, you will work on digital transformation projects for multi-sector clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Cloud, Data, Cyber, Consulting).

Your main responsibilities

• Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices (architecture, security, FinOps, DevOps).
• SecurityByDesign (encryption, IAM access management, monitoring, backup).
• Design high-performance and secure Azure architectures.
• Conduct technical studies (feasibility, functional & application).
• Write technical and operational architecture documentation.
• Lead cloud projects to meet cost, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Implement DevOps and Agile best practices.

Your profile

• Strong command of cloud security (IAM, encryption, monitoring).
• Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar environment, including at least 2 to 3 years on SAP Rise projects or SAP to Azure migration projects.
• Management of interconnections (ExpressRoute, VPN, VNet peering) and hybrid architectures (WAN).
• Proficiency in automation and Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, Bicep.
• English required
