Context: Within the Domain Architects team, a team of approximately twenty functional domain architects is involved. The role is to support the development of the domain architects' skills to work on the business plane (processes, business objects, functions, etc.) with the aim of structuring their domain. Currently, the domain architects primarily provide support to projects on functional, application, and technical levels.

MISSIONS The urban planner coach's main missions are : – to support architects in developing their skills in terms of business, on the approach and concepts of the business plan: processes, business objects, etc., in connection with the capability framework and the Data Domain Driven approach in order to API-ize the IS; – to coach domain architects in workshops with their domain to work on the business plan in order to urbanize their domain ; – to formalize materials on the approaches and concepts to be used ; – to lead acculturation sessions for domain architects, and potentially other relevant groups ; – to update the urbanization and architecture deliverables (architecture document) in connection with these new concepts and deliverables. This mission will build upon existing architectural elements established at the client level – the new architectural framework, supported by the ECAR project, which aims to define the framework's various concepts, their modeling, and reference maps – enterprise repositories, including the capability repository and the client's macro-process repository – inputs provided by the Design Authority API, particularly regarding the DDD approach. The mission requires : – mastery of the TOGAF architectural framework and Archimate; – pedagogical skills to train and coach architects; – facilitation skills to deliver training sessions and workshops with architects and their respective domains ; – strong writing and summarization skills to formalize training materials for the approach and concepts, process modeling, business objects, etc.; – the ability to work collaboratively; and equivalent experience in supporting an architecture team in transforming its practices to urbanize a system. information.
