Reporting directly to our VP Robotics, your main mission is to create the best robotics solution for the warehouses in the World.

Your Challenges toachieve:

• Developandmaintainacleartechnologicalvision for Robotics assetsalignedwiththecompany'sgoal.
• Overseethe design andimplementationof hardware, traffic management andembeddedsoftwaresystems
• Improvethequalityofourproductsand services
• Ensureintegrationof new technologiesintoexistingproducts
• Ensure technical coordination and the challenge of Architect resources and practices in the Departement
• Establishandmaintainthe rightexternaltechnicalcollaborations
• Foster a culture of innovation,continuous improvementand collaborationwithintechnicalteams
• Support managers in developingtechnicalteams

Technicals Perimeters to coordinate :

Mechanics, Electronics, Robotics software, machine learning for vision, and Traffic management software

Technical environment :

• Programming language : C, C++
• OS : Linux and realtime distribution like Yocto linux and its embedded board integration
• Location algorithm : SLAM, Kalman filter
• Fleet management algorithm : Multi-Agent Pathfinding
• IA/Machine learning : python, image processing, vision

• At least 10 yearsofexperienceinroboticsor arelatedfield,withastrongbackground inmechatronics
• Extensiveexperiencewithembeddedsoftwaredevelopmentandintegration
• Strong mathematics skills including in physics applications.
• Minimum of 10yearsin a leadershiprolewithcross-functionaltechnicalteams
• Experienceinleadinglarge-scaleprojectsfromconception tocompletion
• Demonstratedabilityto mentor anddeveloptechnicaltalent
• Provenabilitytoanticipateandadapttotechnologicalshifts andmarketchanges
• Stronginterpersonalskillswithexperienceinfosteringcollaborationacrossdiverse teams
• Excellent communication, engage, and inspire
