Architect / Engineer – Detail Design & Production Quality Control

Lina Ghotmeh — Architecture is seeking an exceptional Architect or Engineer (ARB / RIBA ideally) with extensive experience in detail design, technical development, custom fabrication, and production quality control to join our team as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering high‑end architectural projects , with deep expertise in developing bespoke details, custom‑designed elements, and technical specifications , ensuring the highest level of quality from design through execution.

We are looking for a highly rigorous, detail‑oriented professional who combines technical excellence with a deep commitment to architectural quality and craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in detail design, technical coordination, and construction quality control.
• Significant experience on high‑end, architecturally ambitious projects involving bespoke detailing, custom fabrication, and premium materials.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing custom details and technical specifications to the highest standards of design and execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, fabrication processes, and building systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in BIM and technical documentation workflows.
• Availability to join the office as soon as possible.
