Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise technology solutions across strategic banking initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define architectural standards, and ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture and technical solutions aligned with business and project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Drive architecture reviews, design discussions, and technology recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and engineering teams.
• Design integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies.
• Support project delivery from design through deployment and production stabilization.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Application, Data, Integration, and Cloud Architecture.
• Expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Experience with Microservices, APIs, Distributed Systems, and Event-Driven Architectures .
• Strong understanding of enterprise application design, security, and scalability principles.
• Knowledge of modern technology stacks such as Java, .NET, Python, or similar .
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, Cloud Transformation, and Digital Modernization Programs .
• TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or equivalent architecture certifications preferred.
