Arabic CX QA Tester — Native Speaker

Mercor is seeking native Arabic CX testers to evaluate a conversational AI agent. You will perform 10 test calls and 10 QA reviews, providing feedback on accuracy, tone, clarity, and naturalness, with an emphasis on conversation flow and user experience.

Start date is immediate. The role involves calling an EU/UK/US number and requires high-quality audio and clear communication. This is a short-term testing engagement suitable for fluent Arabic speakers.
