Accounts Receivable Representative (Entry-Level/Recent Graduate)

What you’ll do:

• Process daily cash application and reconcile deposits to maintain accurate account balances
• Partner with Sales & Brokers to resolve deductions and discrepancies
• Research and clear non-trade deductions (shortages, returns, freight, compliance fees, etc.)
• Manage aged receivables and support collections on past-due invoices
• Maintain organized documentation and support large AR portfolios (MM$ balances)
