AR Collections Lead – O2C & Disputes

Xylem is seeking a seasoned Accounts Receivable Leader to oversee collections and disputes across the Americas and beyond. You will manage a team of 10–15 analysts, ensure adherence to credit policies, and partner with Sales, Customer Service and Billing to drive cash performance.

The role requires 5+ years in AR/ O2C, proficiency with HighRadius (CLS, DMS, EIPP) and SAP S/4HANA, and strong English communication. A Finance-related degree is expected and leadership experience is preferred.
