About the job

Are you passionate about sustainability and social impact? Do you want to work in one of the leading French companies focused on sustainable growth? This apprenticeship starts in September 2026 and is based in Danone’s global headquarters in Paris (1–2 days/week in Rueil).

You will work closely with the Human Rights team within the Global Sustainability – People & Communities function, supporting human rights due diligence across Danone and shaping the company’s global strategy for communities affected by its activities.

Your Mission at Danone

  • Research and Insight Building: Contribute to research and analysis on business and human rights, particularly community and social impact topics, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategy Support: Actively support the structuring and roll‑out of the global Social & Communities strategy, working with cross‑functional and local teams to ensure strong implementation aligned to international expectations and legal requirements.
  • Content and Deliverables Creation: Create high‑quality strategic documents, presentations, communication materials, toolkits and trainings that support decision‑making and internal upskilling.
  • Monitoring and Follow‑up: Support monitoring and follow‑up of key initiatives, track progress and consolidate feedback from local teams for continuous improvement.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and strategic information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism in line with Danone’s standards and values.

About you

You should be an enthusiastic self‑starter who is organized, able to ask questions and challenge thinking, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You are expected to have a business and human rights‑oriented profile and a strong interest in sustainability globally and, ideally, the agri‑food sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen well and communicate effectively.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with excellent organizational skills and reliability.
  • Openness to learn and ask questions.
  • Comfortable with numbers to explore innovative ways to measure social outcomes.
  • Discretion and maturity.

Compulsory Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in a relevant field (Business & Human Rights, Social Impact, Responsible Supply Chains, International Development).
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
