As part of the marketing team , you’ll work closely with the brand, creative, product, and paid media teams across Europe. Your goal? Strengthen Arlo’s presence on social media and help grow the brand in the connected security camera space. You’ll be at the heart of our social media content strategy, leading the creation and distribution of engaging content tailored to each platform and audience.

What does this mean for you, concretely?

Your responsibilities:

Manage Arlo’s social media platforms in Europe (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X...) with engaging and creative content (posts, stories, videos, carousels, etc.)

Help define and implement the organic social media strategy, aligned with the brand’s image

Build the editorial calendar in line with key marketing and commercial moments

Collaborate with internal teams (brand, creative, product, CRM, paid media, etc.) to ensure consistency in messaging

Monitor social media trends, industry best practices, and competitors’ actions

Track content performance (engagement, reach, community growth, etc.) and suggest improvements

Identify opportunities for organic partnerships with content creators or relevant partners

Adapt formats and tone to each platform and audience

Your profile:

You are pursuing a master’s degree at a university or business school and have some initial experience in sales or digital marketing

You’re curious and eager to learn, with strong attention to detail and confidence interacting with people at various organizational levels

You’re thorough, creative, and passionate about your work, and you demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and initiative

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and knowledge of social media management tools is a real plus

You are fluent in English (working language), and a good command of French is a bonus
