Apprentissage Communication & Branding – Division Scent (f/m/d)

Job Summary

Apprentice branding and communication – Scent (H/F). Location: Neuilly‑sur‑Seine. Duration: 24 months. Reporting to: Responsable Communication Scent.

Responsibilities

• Creation and management of content (newsletters, intranet, presentations, press releases, social media) – 20% of time.
• Write and format content; stay current with communication trends.
• Follow new product launches (wins) and update databases – 25% of time.
• Update perfumer biographies.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to collect key information.
• Assist in organizing internal and external events (trade shows, client presentations, press events) – 15% of time.
• Handle logistics, invitations, and provider follow‑up.
• Support press and influencer campaigns – 15% of time.
• Track results and update press/influencer databases.
• Administrative support – 25% of time.
• Record and monitor supplier invoices.
• Perform budget monitoring.
• Organize file archiving.
• Coordinate dispatch of creative materials.

Qualifications

• Student in communication, marketing, or business school (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
• Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy.
