About the mission we offer you
Within the Tax Department, reporting to the Tax Manager, the apprentice will be responsible for:
- Conducting research and drafting memos (primarily in English) on various topics related to international taxation, corporate taxation, and transfer pricing.
- Assisting the tax team with tax planning and monitoring the tax obligations of French and international entities.
- Assisting the tax team with transfer pricing issues.
- Assisting the tax team during the bidding phase (drafting contractual frameworks and tax clauses) and throughout the execution of international projects.
- Assisting the tax team with various tax matters arising from other departments, business units, and our subsidiaries and branches located both in France and abroad.
Starting Date: September 2026
Duration: 12 months
About you
To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:
- You are pursuing a Master’s degree (M1/M2) and, ideally, have completed your studies at a business school or university with a focus on tax or business law.
- You are meticulous and organized, particularly enjoy participating in activities involving data analysis, and are comfortable applying the appropriate methodology to synthesize financial information.
- You readily draw on your interpersonal skills and are attentive to the needs of the team, which allows you to offer your support in drafting financial documents/reports and creating presentations.
- You wish to put your knowledge into practice and enhance your graduate studies within a large organization, and take part in assignments that involve international interactions.
- You are fluent in English.
