Your Role And Responsibilities
- What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the implementation of the new AXA Performance Management philosophy and tool by supporting the project manager in various activities, including documentation, logistics, and discussions among AXA and involved entities. This list of activities will evolve, providing opportunities to connect with the AXA Performance Management community.
- Provide support for the AXA Group Organizational Talent Review, and quarterly data collection for the AXA Executive population, collaborating with the wider team on this process.
- Engage in ad-hoc activities such as analytics, budget follow-up, and contributing to other transversal projects throughout the year, notably the Next Generation project.
YOUR PROFILE
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Have a keen attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Maintain an ethical and responsible approach to handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Have fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in French is a plus.
