Apprenticeship : Software Partner team Business Associate F/M

What You’ll Build

• Support the renewal and consumption monitoring of ISV partners.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of partner events and roadshows.
• Create internal communications and partner-facing materials.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and program execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes using AI-enabled tools.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Business Analysis.
• Fluent in both French (B2/C1/native) and English (B2/C1/native), with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code) is an asset.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Excellent communication abilities and a passion for collaboration.
• Curiosity about how AI can drive partner growth and operational excellence.

Contract Details

This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC) and is a limited full‑time engagement for a student career status with expected travel of 0–10%.
