Apprenticeship - Salesforce and CRM Application Junior Administrator
About the role
As Apprentice Salesforce / CRM Tools Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at Valeo Service. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our platforms, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions. Our applications user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Apprentice Salesforce / CRM Tools Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a strong willingness to understand the Salesforce platform but also other applications and a desire to keep learning. The Apprentice Salesforce / CRM Tools Administrator should be comfortable liaising with users and enjoy learning new business processes in order to translate them into technical solutions.
The Apprentice Salesforce / CRM Tools Administrator will work within a team of 7 persons (Admins, Project manager and support team) and report to the CRM Domain Manager.
Responsibilities
- All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups
- User support tickets
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Salesforce / applications configuration changes.
- Monitor user adoption
- User training and creating training materials.
Qualifications And Background
Required
- Bachelor’s, or professional qualification in IT Domain
Desirable
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Required
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- A desire to implement best practice solutions
- Available and responsive to questions
- Self training proactivity
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions
- Training users and creating training materials
- Low code / No code skills.
- API coding would be appreciated
