Apprenticeship: Sales Specialist Associate F/M
What You’ll Build
As a Sales Specialist Associate apprentice within the Finance & Spend Line of Business, you will be involved at the heart of our clients’ digital transformation and artificial intelligence challenges. In this role, you will contribute to building value propositions and actively participate in business development activities alongside the sales team.
Your Main Responsibilities
Analysis & strategic monitoring
- Analyze market trends and technological challenges in Finance and Procurement.
- Monitor the competitive environment and identify opportunities.
Business Development
- Contribute to structuring and overseeing business development actions.
- Identify, maintain, and qualify new CxO contacts.
- Participate in demand generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Sales cycle support
- Support teams throughout complex sales cycles (from identification to closing).
- Coordinate the various steps of the sales process.
- Prepare client deliverables and contribute to internal activities.
- Support sales representatives in administrative tasks and internal processes.
Customer relations & events
- Participate in organizing customer and partner events.
- Maintain data quality in SAP tools.
What You Bring
- Student in Bac+4/5 (business school or university)
- Excellent command of French and English (C1/native)
- Strong interest in sales, customer relations, and topics related to AI, finance and/or procurement
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to interact in a cross-functional environment
- Autonomous, curious, and eager to learn
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Comfortable with digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach is a plus)
Where You Belong
You will join the Sales Department dedicated to Finance & Spend solutions, a dynamic team of eight sales representatives. You will evolve in a stimulating environment where collaboration is at the core of our approach. On a daily basis, you will work with various internal teams, such as marketing or solution teams. This cross-functional environment will allow you to better understand the company’s overall challenges and to develop your professional network.
Duration: 12-24 months
Start Date: mid-August/ September 2026
This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC).
