What you'll build:

Within the SAP France Sales Organization, reporting to the Sales Director in charge of the BTP and Data & AI solution portfolio, and in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partner teams, the Sales Executive Associate will:

  • Sales Support – Prepare sales materials, client presentations and commercial proposals for the BTP Account Executives. Actively contribute to complex end-to-end sales cycles, coordinating the different stages of the sales process in support of Sales Specialists responsible for BTP and Data & AI solutions.
  • Prospecting & Qualification – Identify new opportunities through account research, CRM updates (Salesforce) and qualification of inbound leads. Support Demand Generation activities through LinkedIn contact sourcing, Outreach campaigns and cold calling, working closely with various internal teams.
  • Market Analysis – Conduct sector and competitive studies to support the French commercial strategy. Analyze market trends by industry, assess technological challenges within key sectors, and monitor competitor positioning.
  • Opportunity Tracking – Participate in weekly team meetings, pipeline tracking and business reviews with sales managers. Build, drive and monitor Business Development activities for clients and partners, including marketing campaigns, industry and partner events.
  • Enablement & Training – Contribute to the organisation of client webinars, SAP events and digital activation sequences (email campaigns, LinkedIn).
  • Reporting & KPIs – Build dashboards and commercial performance reports for the BTP France team management.

What you bring:

Education & Technical Skills

  • Bac+4 / Bac+5 from a business school, IAE, or university (Master's in Marketing/Sales/Digital)
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Knowledge of or curiosity about Cloud / SaaS / AI technologies
  • Familiarity with a CRM tool (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) is a plus
  • Ability to produce simple data analyses and clear summaries

Soft Skills & Languages

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and intellectual curiosity in a constantly evolving environment
  • Team spirit, proactivity and sense of responsibility
  • Results-oriented with a taste for commercial challenges
  • Fluent French required
  • Professional English required (B2 minimum)

Where you belong:

Within the SAP BTP France Sales team, you will work closely with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to accelerate the growth of the SAP BTP portfolio in the French market. You will actively participate in prospecting, qualification and commercial opportunity tracking activities, in direct support of the sales teams.
