Job Description
Within the Programs department at the site, you will support the team in managing various administrative and operational tasks. This includes handling customer invoicing, monitoring project financials, processing and receiving supplier purchase requests, as well as tracking and controlling project hours.

Candidate profile
You are preparing a Bac+2/+3 (Associate/Bachelor’s degree) in Finance or Business Administration
You have an intermediate level of English (B1/B2)
You are comfortable working with numbers
Initial experience with office tools and advanced Excel skills would be a plus
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are a strong team player and highly motivated
