Support the promotion of a new global data product by creating engaging content, managing communities, and organizing awareness events. YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
The Group Technology Operations (GTO) Division aims to design, develop, and operate AXA’s global IT products, delivering them to AXA entities and the AXA Group at the right level of service quality and cost, in alignment with business priorities.
In this context, you will join the Business and Data Global Products department, within the Data, BI & Analytics team, which covers a wide range of solutions and services to support AXA’s business, from IT4IT technical tools to advanced Data capabilities, to make systems more reliable and secure.
Reporting to the Head of Data Operations, you will be involved in a multi‑year program for the development and deployment of a new product, the Global Data Platform, designed to provide data capabilities through reporting, analysis, and visualization tools. You will play a key role in internal communication and the promotion of this product. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Community management and facilitation (Teams, Confluence, etc.)
- Writing and distributing newsletters
- Drafting FAQs and documentation to facilitate understanding of the program
- Creating promotional videos for the product
- Developing communication materials for various platforms
- Coordinating with internal customers to ensure proper information and expectation alignment
- Preparing and organizing events related to the program
YOUR PROFILE
You enjoy:
- Communicating effectively, both in writing and orally (in English and French)
- Creating engaging content (newsletters, videos, communication packs)
- Organizing and coordinating events or awareness campaigns
- Working as part of a team while being autonomous and thorough
- Discovering and learning new technologies, especially in artificial intelligence and data
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC +3 to +5), from a School or University with a specialization in Business, Communication, Marketing, or Change Management
Ideal work‑study rhythm : 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at school ; 3/4 days in the company / 2/1 days at school

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in both French and English
- Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to learn in the field of communication and product marketing
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with good organization and attention to detail
- Proactivity, autonomy, and adaptability
- Sensitivity to confidentiality and information security
Hard skills
- Proficiency with communication and collaboration tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social networks
- Content creation (newsletters, FAQs, documentation, videos)
- Event organization and project management
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence is appreciated
Languages
- English C1+ or fluent (all documents will be written in English)
- French B2/C1 appreciated

- Familiarity with design and video creation tools is appreciated
