  • Contribute to internal communications: team updates, onboarding materials, seminar preparation
  • Contribute to drafting internal messages (key announcements)
  • Assist with updating shared resources (sharepoint, templates, brand guidelines)

What you will learn during your apprenticeship:

This apprenticeship opportunity is designed to give you real, transferable skills, not just task execution. By the end of your first year at Removall, you will have:

  • Written a real content portfolio: Articles, lead magnets, social posts, publishable work you can show in interviews.
  • Understood the carbon market: A fast‑growing, complex and impactful sector, valuable expertise for your career
  • Run real marketing campaigns: From brief to live, strategy, content, visuals and tracking all in one.
  • Worked directly with a senior marketer: Close mentorship, honest feedback, and real responsibility from day one

Start date: possible from July 2026, subject to school approval and apprenticeship contract validation.

Contract duration: initial 12‑month apprenticeship contract, ideally corresponding to the final year of a Master’s degree. Depending on the candidate’s academic track and the success of the collaboration, the apprenticeship may be renewed for a second year, covering both M1 and M2.

Education & experience

  • Master’s level student (M1), with a strong academic background in marketing, communications, or brand strategy.
  • Candidates may come from a leading business school with a marketing specialization, a recognized communications school such as CELSA or ISCOM, or a university programme with a solid focus on marketing and communications.
  • Strong academic or personal interest in sustainability, ESG or climate topics
  • A first experience in content, marketing or communications (internship or student project) is a plus
  • Content & writing skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and impactful way (required)
  • Good written and spoken French, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a French‑speaking professional environment.
  • Ability to write for different formats: long‑form articles, punchy social posts, structured reports
  • Comfort with research: you know how to find, read and synthesise information

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in Canva (required); Adobe Suite is a plus
  • Good command of Microsoft suite
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn content best practices (B2B)
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles is appreciated
  • Any experience with CMS (Webflow) & email tools (Hubspot, Brevo) is a bonus

Personal qualities

  • Genuinely curious: you read widely and bring ideas to the table
  • Autonomous and organised: you juggle multiple projects across the week with rigour
  • Creative & structured: you can ideate and execute
  • Good listener: you understand briefs quickly and ask the right questions
  • Motivated by purpose: you care about the impact of your work
