Apprenticeship - Marketing & Communication Officer
As part of our company growth, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication apprentice to support our Marketing Manager on day-to-day operational tasks in an international environment.
You will own recurring missions and contribute to key projects across five areas:
Content creation & copywriting
- Assist in writing articles, newsletter content and marketing copies that reflect Removall’s positioning and expertise
- Contribute to long‑form content: white papers, lead magnets, case studies, with research support from the team
- Help craft key messages and adapt our brand narrative across formats and audiences
- Assist with website copywriting as part of the ongoing repositioning & website revamping project
- Maintain a consistent, engaging and authoritative tone of voice across all written outputs
Social media & digital content
- Participate in planning, writing and scheduling LinkedIn content (company page + support to personal branding of key executives)
- Run a watch on carbon market, ESG and sustainability news to fuel the editorial calendar
- Participate in tracking content performance (reach, engagement, leads) and share regular reporting
- Explore new content formats: carousels, short videos, infographicsetc.
Visual assets & marketing materials
- Design and update visual assets for social media, campaigns and events using Canva or Adobe Suite
- Build, update and maintain PowerPoint presentations (company deck, pitch materials, sales collateral)
- Support the production of campaign materials: email templates, landing page visuals, event assets
- Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints
Project management & data marketing
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns from brief to delivery, also including performance management, data tracking and automatization processes.
- Help coordinate event participation: trade shows, webinars, sector conferences
- Manage content calendars, trackers and shared resources to keep projects on schedule
- Assist in the data tracking and reporting (GA4, Hubspot dashboards etc.)
Internal communication
- Help create materials for internal communications (seminars, communication channel on Teams)
- Contribute to internal communications: team updates, onboarding materials, seminar preparation
- Contribute to drafting internal messages (key announcements)
- Assist with updating shared resources (sharepoint, templates, brand guidelines)

Start date: possible from July 2026, subject to school approval and apprenticeship contract validation.
Contract duration: initial 12‑month apprenticeship contract, ideally corresponding to the final year of a Master’s degree. Depending on the candidate’s academic track and the success of the collaboration, the apprenticeship may be renewed for a second year, covering both M1 and M2.
Education & experience
- Master’s level student (M1), with a strong academic background in marketing, communications, or brand strategy.
- Candidates may come from a leading business school with a marketing specialization, a recognized communications school such as CELSA or ISCOM, or a university programme with a solid focus on marketing and communications.
- Strong academic or personal interest in sustainability, ESG or climate topics
- A first experience in content, marketing or communications (internship or student project) is a plus
- Content & writing skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and impactful way (required)
- Good written and spoken French, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a French‑speaking professional environment.
- Ability to write for different formats: long‑form articles, punchy social posts, structured reports
- Comfort with research: you know how to find, read and synthesise information
Technical skills
- Proficiency in Canva (required); Adobe Suite is a plus
- Good command of Microsoft suite
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content best practices (B2B)
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles is appreciated
- Any experience with CMS (Webflow) & email tools (Hubspot, Brevo) is a bonus
