Job Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager Assistant, you will support the team in managing and developing Travel Retail activities across the European market.

Apprenticeship starting on September for 12 months.

Sales Performance & Reporting Support

  • Prepare the planning and monthly phasing per product and customer in coordination with the commercial, finance and supply teams based in France, Germany, UK…
  • Help with sales forecast and demand planning reporting using internal tools (SAP)
  • Support the preparation of various internal financial reports
  • Support with the preparation of the various internal financial reporting

Commercial Operations & Data Assistance

  • Help ensure product availability within the assigned scope
  • Assist in preparing planning and monthly phasing by product and customer, in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Provide support in collecting data for analysis
  • Help keep files of commercialized products up to date (SKU codes, EAN codes, etc.).
  • Assist with order monitoring, stock verification, and production quantities
  • Participate in ad‑hoc analyses to support the sales team’s initiatives

Retail Excellence & Marketing Project Management Contribution

  • Support the team as a point of contact for Cruise Line Trade Marketing Europe
  • Assist in brainstorming, creating, and implementing tailor‑made activations onboard European luxury cruises
  • Help with ordering and dispatching service materials
  • Support the team in organizing events (e.g., Naming Ceremonies, Maison visits).
  • Collaborate with MH and partners’ marketing and sales teams
  • Organize training with clients

Profile

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master program
  • Initial experience in consumer goods, ideally in the luxury or wine & spirits sector is appreciated
  • Very good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, SAP, Anaplan) is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English (written/spoken); any other European language highly appreciated
  • A problem‑solving mindset, you know how to deal with complexity and thrive in a dynamic working environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
