When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.
Role overview :
As an Online Acquisition Apprentice, you’ll support the team in accelerating paid growth across our global portfolio of dating apps. Working closely with both the creative team and media partners, you’ll help develop and optimize acquisition strategies, contribute to campaign planning and performance analysis, and gain hands-on experience in traffic management in a dynamic, data-driven marketing environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how online acquisition drives business impact at scale.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Help grow online acquisition across multiple dating apps and markets.
- Share creative feedback and reports to improve ad performance.
- Spot and launch new media partners to expand reach.
We could be a match if:
- You are a Bachelor's or Master's student seeking an apprenticeship, ideally with a 3-weeks-in-company / 1-week-at-school schedule, but we warmly welcome other formats.
- You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms. Affiliation will be a plus.
- You’re curious, proactive, rigorous, and open-minded.
- You’re comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- You enjoy collaborating with creative, tracking, and media partner teams.
- Your familiarity with AI / LLM tools is a plus.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
What’s the team like?
- You’ll report to a Team Lead Online Marketing and join a collaborative, data-driven and multicultural team.
- You will work closely with the rest of the acquisition team with different expertise, and the creative teams.
Interview Process:
- A first 30 min Zoom conversation with Fatima-Ezzahra Abidi (Talent Acquisition Specialist).
- A 60 onsite meeting with Yanjun Shi (Team Lead Online Marketing) including a case study.
- A 60 min onsite or Zoom interview with Florent Maucourt (Sr. Online Marketing Manager) and Céline Ben Haddou (People Business Partner).
