Description of the entity and activity
Created in 2009, Air Liquide University strengthens the cross-functional training offered to employees, encouraging and supporting continuous employee learning.
The University has a dual training mission: to build cross-functional programs and to propose a common framework. In the service of strategic priorities, it also contributes to the dissemination of the Group's culture and the development of networks of managers and experts across countries and activities.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
To support our team on a daily basis, we are looking for someone who will take charge of the following missions:
HR Data Analyst
- Reporting & analyzing training data
- Updating and monitoring WorkDay Learning (Human Resources information system)
- Building and maintaining dashboards using AI (Gemini) and other tools such as Power BI
- Supporting the program directors as needed during this transformation period to Global Business Service Centers
Accounting
- Preparation of purchase requests
- Monitoring of the processing of customer and supplier invoices
- Recording of accounting transactions in internal accounting tools
- Analysis of balances and justification of accounts
- Management of provisions
Are you a MATCH?
For this position, we are looking for the following qualities:
- Bac+4/5 level
- Mastery of office tools (Google suite) + Looker studio/Power BI, and AI (Gemini)
- Listening skills, time and priority management
- Autonomy, initiative, adaptability
- Reliability and rigor
- Fluent English spoken and written (minimum B2 level)

- The alternance takes place in the Group’s historic headquarters in the heart of Paris on Quai d’Orsay.
