Entity description Created in 2009, the Air Liquide University (ALU) reinforces the cross-functional training offered to employees. The University has a dual training mission: to build cross-functional programs and to set the framework for Air Liquide as a “Learning organization” (curation, promotion, coordination…). Serving strategic priorities, it also contributes to the dissemination of the Group's culture and the development of networks of managers and experts across countries and activities. Digital learning is an integral piece of the learning strategy at Air Liquide. Air Liquide University manages a diverse catalog of digital learnings available for all employees, available on-demand via the Learning Management System (LMS). It is designed to help employees strengthen their leadership, business and soft skills. It relies both on internal contents creation and contents curation made available in the LMS through partnerships with external providers. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Along your apprenticeship period, you will support the Digital learning manager in delivering the digital projects / programs, coordinating with a network of internal partners and external providers, as well as participate in Learning data analysis to track impact of projects through KPIs.
