YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
The Group Operations Transformation (GOT) Division is responsible for establishing and implementing the Human Resources, Communication, and Change Management strategy for AXA GO, thereby helping to accelerate the agile transformation of our organization.
In this context, you will join the Travel Management department , which defines and manages the framework for business travel within AXA GO. This function ensures the consistency of travel processes and policy, and coordinates interactions with the various Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT teams to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Reporting to the Global Travel Manager, you will support your mentor on operational, analytical, and project-related topics for several international entities of AXA Group Operations.
This apprenticeship offers cross-functional exposure to other teams within AXA in a demanding international environment.
Your main tasks:
Support & Operations
- Assist employees with questions related to business travel (tools, workflow, travel policy)
- Contribute to communication related to Business Travel updates
Tools & Processes
- Contribute to the configuration and continuous improvement of the booking tool
- Participate in testing phases during agency or tool updates
- Participate in the structuring and updating of documentation and materials related to Travel Management
Steering & Performance
- Prepare materials for governance meetings
- Monitor and analyze travel KPIs (tool adoption, policy compliance, volumes) to inform governance decisions
International Projects
- Contribute to the deployment of tools, agencies, or process changes in different countries
- Support the harmonization project of our travel policy, assisting with analysis and coordination of stakeholders
- Participate in benchmarking with other AXA entities

Education : Business school, University at Bac+4 to Bac+5 level (Master’s 1 or 2)
Specialization : Management, Project Management, Travel, Business Operations, or equivalent.
Ideal apprenticeship schedule : 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at school
