About the mission we offer you

Are you looking for an exciting experience in Human Resources? Would you like to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment? Join our HR team as a Generalist HR Apprentice!

Supporting the HRBP team, you will work on a wide range of HR topics. Your main tasks will include:

• Participating in HR projects: Depending on your interests, skills and the needs of the company, you will have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of challenging and rewarding HR projects.
• Contribute to the deployment of HR campaigns: You will participate in the implementation of HR campaigns, ensuring the monitoring of key indicators, the production of reports and the smooth running of the various stages.
• Implement and update data in our HR tools: You will be responsible for guaranteeing the accuracy and updating of information in our HR systems, while ensuring compliance and reliability.
• Monitor existing HR processes: You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize our practices and enhance their efficiency.
• Promote our HR initiatives internally: You will contribute to highlighting HR initiatives by enriching the HR page of our intranet and creating engaging content to inform employees.

Starting Date: September 2025

Duration: 24 months

About you

• You are preparing a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• You are comfortable with Excel and digital tools.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have a good analytical mind and enjoy working on a variety of assignments.
• You are rigorous, organized and show initiative.
• A first experience in the HR domain would be appreciated.
