The Group CIO division, at the center of this dynamic, contributes to defining AXA’s overall technology strategy to support growth and innovation. Within this division, the Digital Sustainability program leads the responsible digital strategy to address AXA’s environmental challenges and support its 2030 ambitions.
Position Objective
Reporting to the Head of Communication & Change of the program, you will contribute to raising awareness among AXA employees about the environmental impact of digital technology and participate in building a corporate culture committed to digital sustainability.
Mission Description
- Produce and disseminate awareness content (newsletters, articles, posts, online or in-person workshops) on the environmental impact of digital technology.
- Conduct monitoring of the responsible digital ecosystem, innovations in digital sustainability, and best practices in the sector.
- Support change management actions to promote a sustainable IT culture (training plans, exchanges, speaking engagements).
- Lead the international Digital Sustainability community by sharing best practices and encouraging the adoption of eco-responsible solutions.
- Participate in the annual planning of communication objectives related to digital sustainability.

Education : Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a Communication school, Sciences Po, or University
Specialization : Institutional Communication, Scientific Communication, Change Management, Advocacy and Public Affairs
Languages:
- Fluent French required
- English C1+ or fluent required
Soft skills :
- Strong environmental awareness, desire to be involved in a committed team
- Ability to manage multiple activities with various stakeholders, prioritization
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
Hard skills :
- Excellent writing skills
- Good knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital sustainability issues (eco-design, artificial intelligence, etc.)
- Experience in facilitating workshops (e.g., Climate or Digital Fresk) would be a plus
- Appreciated knowledge of carbon accounting, graphic project management, and systems thinking
