Apprenticeship - Consolidation (H/F) - September 2026 - Tikehau Capital

Missions : [FR]Vous travaillerez au sein de la Direction Financière, plus précisément au sein du département consolidation au sein de l'équipe Comptabilité et Consolidation du Groupe.Vous participerez aux tâches suivantes :

• Administration de l'outil de consolidation du Groupe :

• Préparation des phases de reporting : taux, périmètre de consolidation, dispositions des reporting packages, etc.• Evolution du paramétrage en assistance au Responsable de la consolidation

• Tâches de clôture (Consolidation trimestrielle en normes IFRS) :

• Préparation des travaux : instructions de clôture, retraitements de consolidation, etc.• Analyse de la cohérence des informations financières fournies par les filiales.• Support aux filiales pour la saisie des liasses• Réconciliation des comptes intra-groupe• Préparation, contrôle et validation des écritures de consolidation• Revue des comptes consolidés.• Préparation des états financiers et des notes annexes

• Participer au développement et à l'amélioration du processus de reporting.
• Participer à la mise en place, à la rédaction et à la mise en conformité des procédures internes du département.
• Participer à la veille réglementaire des normes comptables, sur les comptes consolidés.
• Participer à des projets transversaux de différentes natures (croissance externe, développement du système d'information, application de nouvelles normes ou réglementations, etc.)

[ENG]You will work within the Finance Department, more specifically in the consolidation department as part of the Group Accounting and Consolidation team.You will contribute to the following tasks:

• Administration of the Group's consolidation tool:

• Preparation of reporting phases: rates, scope of consolidation, structure of reporting packages, etc.• Evolution of the tool's settings in support of the Head of Consolidation

• Closing tasks (Quarterly consolidation under IFRS standards):

• Preparation of work: closing instructions, consolidation adjustments, etc.• Analysis of the consistency of financial information provided by subsidiaries• Support for subsidiaries in entering consolidation packages• Reconciliation of intercompany accounts• Preparation, review, and validation of consolidation entries• Review of consolidated accounts• Preparation of financial statements and accompanying notes

• Participate in the development and improvement of the reporting process.
• Participate in the implementation, drafting, and compliance of the department's internal procedures.
• Participate in monitoring accounting standards and their impact on consolidated accounts.
• Participate in various cross-functional projects (external growth, information system developments, application of new standards or regulations, etc.)

Profile : [FR]

• Disposer idéalement d'une première expérience professionnelle « opérationnelle » en finance (comptabilité ou consolidation de préférence). La connaissance de SAP FC serait un plus. Une maîtrise d'Excel et de Word sont attendues.
• Une aisance relationnelle est indispensable pour pouvoir évoluer dans l'environnement Tikehau Capital et de communiquer avec des interlocuteurs issus de services différents.
• Vous avez une vision internationale (anglais niveau B1).
• Vous savez synthétiser l'information et avez de bonnes capacités de rédaction et de présentation.
• Diplôme : Bac +4/5 (DSCG / Master CCA / Ecole de commerce / Institut d'administration des entreprises / Université)

• Ideally, you have initial \"hands-on\" professional experience in finance (preferably in accounting or consolidation). Knowledge of SAP FC would be an asset. Proficiency in Excel and Word is expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential to be able to thrive in the Tikehau Capital environment and communicate with colleagues from different departments.
• You have an international outlook (English level B1).
• You are able to synthesize information and have strong writing and presentation skills.
• Degree: Bac +4/5 (DSCG / Master's in Accounting and Financial Audit / Business School / Institute of Business Administration / University).
