APPRENTICESHIP - Compensation and Benefits

Keep the team's operational engine running smoothly — handling the data, admin and production tasks that underpin every campaign and project, while developing a solid grounding in regional Total Rewards practice. The scope is Europe.

WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO

• Operational support for salary & bonus campaigns (data checks, controls, reporting)
• Update TR databases and reference repositories
• Prepare communication materials and presentations
• Project logistics and follow-up coordination
• Ad hoc research and benchmarks on request
• HRBP follow-ups and submission tracking
• Post-campaign results consolidation
• Produce and update dashboards

ABOUT YOU

• Pursuing Master's in HR, Management or equivalent
• First HR or Finance experience (internship accepted)
• Excel, PowerPoint; curiosity for HRIS tools
• Reliability: what is committed is delivered, intellectual curiosity & genuine interest in TR, adaptability across topics without losing quality, discretion and strong confidentiality awareness
