Context and team
As part of our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, energetic and passionate Community Manager to join our Marketing team, for the France Market based in Paris. You will be a key player in our Community division, developing and engaging with our current and new content creators. You will grow and animate our database according to the specific needs that our brands will have.
Your missions:
- Build relationships and communicate with our Community daily, including within the Skeepers app and on social media platforms.
- Manage Skeepers local social media channels in accordance with editorial guidelines and content strategy.
- Create diversified campaigns to increase awareness of Skeepers among creators, drive sign-ups for brand campaigns, and build loyalty through social media (IG & TT), CRM tools (Newsletter, app-push), VIP creators 1:1 management.
- Create content to educate our community and enhance their user experience, content quality, and alignment with brands' expectations.
- Organize virtual or physical events to develop, educate, and engage the community and foster brand x influencer collaborations.
- Review brand campaign performance weekly to implement marketing initiatives, and share results with the local Campaign and Customer Success Managers.
- Monitor and consolidate monthly reports on marketing campaigns and projects, tracking KPIs.
- Stay updated on Skeepers platform improvements, influencer marketing regulations, and competitors’ activities and trends on social media.
Requirements
- Master 1 or 2 student in a business or communication school, eager to develop expertise in influence marketing, social media, and community management.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and organize events with clients.
- Experience with CRM emailing and social media campaign execution.
- Analytical mindset: ability to track, measure, and optimize performance based on data.
- Fluent in French (native level), with strong proficiency in English; speaking German is a plus.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
