Apprenticeship | Communication Officer Assistant
We are looking for our next Communication Officer apprentice as of September for 12 months at our AXA Headquarters!
Location: 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within Group Communication, Brand and Sustainability, you will join the Communication and Engagement team as Assistant Communication Officer.
Your Role And Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Assist with Internal Communication Planning: Support the coordination and development of communication plans for the headquarters departments, acting as a point of contact and ensuring alignment with the Group’s key moments.
- Provide Communication Guidance: Assist in advising stakeholders within the GIE to promote their activities effectively by suggesting appropriate messages, actions, and communication tools tailored to internal audiences.
- Content Creation and Distribution: Help in creating, editing, and publishing internal communication materials (newsletters, intranet posts, screens, etc.), monitoring their performance, and proposing improvements to enhance engagement.
- Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating internal events at the headquarters, including participation in developing new engagement formats.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support the development of relationships with key internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency with the Group’s communication voice and strategy, and helping maintain trust and collaboration.
YOUR PROFILE
Who You Are
- Educational Background: A degree from Ecole de Commerce, Université, or equivalent (Bac +5), specializing in marketing and communication.
- Fluent in English and French
- A creative spirit, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, and multi-task.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write in a wide range of styles - short writing for internal communications, formal writing for reports and documents intended for communication stakeholders.
