Apprenticeship - Art Director Assistant F/M (Internal & Corporate communication)
Enter the game
Under the supervision of an Art Director or our Senior Copywriter, and in close collaboration with specialists from various departments, you will join our multidisciplinary team as an Art Director Apprentice.
We are looking for a concept-driven creative with a strong point of view — someone who doesn’t just execute, but thinks, questions, and proposes ideas.
This role requires curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to navigate across a wide range of formats and challenges. From campaign concepts to presentations, from visual identity to on‑ground assets, you’ll be involved in shaping creative output in a very hands‑on way.
You will evolve in a fast‑paced environment where versatility is key, and where creative ideas matter as much as execution.
Your role within Betclic
- Contribute to the ideation and development of creative concepts and campaigns
- Support the Art Direction across multiple touchpoints (digital, social, CRM, product, print, events…)
- Design and produce a wide variety of assets: presentations (PowerPoint), visual systems, layouts, signage, photo direction, etc.
- Participate in shoots, content production, and visual explorations
- Ensure consistency and quality across all creative outputs
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, designers, motion artists, and marketing teams
- Bring fresh perspectives and contribute actively to brainstorming sessions
- Stay up to date with design, culture, and creative trends

- You have a strong creative sense and a point of view — you think in ideas, not just visuals
- You are curious, adaptable, and comfortable working on a wide variety of formats and mediums
- You enjoy both concept and execution, and you’re not afraid to get hands‑on
- You have a good eye for composition, typography, and visual storytelling
- You are comfortable with standard creative tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, PowerPoint…)
- You are open to exploring new tools, including AI
- You are collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
