YOUR ROLE
Within the Group's AI Division, and reporting to the AI Strategy & Partnerships team, you will support the team in the operational management and monitoring of the Group's AI partnerships. You will contribute to the coordination of technology partners and ensure the smooth running of associated projects, in an international and innovative environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- AI Partnership Monitoring & Coordination: participate in the operational monitoring of existing partnerships (e.g. technology players, software vendors, AI providers), assist in coordinating exchanges with partners (meetings, meeting minutes, follow‑up actions), and contribute to tracking contractual, financial and operational commitments in liaison with internal teams.
- AI Project Support: participate in monitoring projects carried out with partners (planning, deliverables, progress updates), contribute to the preparation of backlog reviews and steering committees, and ensure the update of monitoring and reporting tools.
- Contribution to Partnership Strategy: conduct analyses and benchmarks of potential partners (startups, software vendors, research labs, universities), assist in structuring and documenting the Group's AI partner ecosystem, and participate in fostering engagement within the partner ecosystem (market watch, best practice sharing, internal materials).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or university (master's level), with an interest in AI, tech and/or innovation.
- Interest in partnerships, project management and technology‑driven environments.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Curiosity, analytical mindset and eagerness to learn, which will be key to success throughout the work‑study program.
