About The Job

As an apprentice in labelling operations and excellence within our Global Regulatory Affairs, you’ll support key labeling excellence activities in a collaborative and transversal environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the Labeling Excellence Lead in Labeling Implementation Monitoring and Reporting activities
• Contribute to audit and inspection preparation, as well as follow-up on corrective and preventive actions
• Participate in the preparation and update of quality documents, processes and training materials
• Build training paths and develop skills to improve and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with colleagues in quality, performance, and operational excellence roles to ensure optimal processes and tools are developed and implemented
• Propose simplification initiatives to process owners to improve Global Labeling Operational & Excellence processes
• Present data and information to key leaders and stakeholders to support decision-making and action

About You

• Soft and technical skills: curiosity, rigorous, team spirit. Knowledge in the office suite and PowerBI.
• Education: master’s degree in pharmacy or life sciences
• Languages: fluent in English
