Overview

As a junior complaint management analyst within our Global Process Lead team, you’ll participate in the improvement of the management of Product Technical Complaints at global level, involving key partners such as country affiliates, M&S manufacturing sites and hubs.

Main responsibilities

• Support complaint investigation tracking and performance monitoring
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives
• Take part in quality trending analysis
• Contribute to training and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders

About you / Qualifications

• Autonomy, rigor, interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Education: Master’s degree in quality management
• Languages: fluent in English
