- Support the implementation of programs, from design through deployment, in collaboration with the centers of excellence: Talent, Training, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion, Brand and Communications, and Digital
- Help strengthen the skills of key teams within Sanofi regarding best practices in employee experience
- Participate in the analysis of market trends and best practices to bring new perspectives and help position Sanofi as a leader in employee experience
- Contribute to the measurement and reporting of employee experience initiatives using data-driven approaches
- Collaborate on implementing operational improvements for specific touchpoints of the employee experience, in alignment with Sanofi’s employee value proposition and employer brand
- Soft and technical skills: communication, autonomy and rigor
- Education: Master’s degree in human ressources
- Languages: english fluent

- Prendre par à l’étude des tendances du marché et les bonnes pratiques afin d'apporter de nouvelles perspectives et de contribuer à positionner Sanofi comme un leader en matière d'expérience employé
- Contribuer à la mesure et au reporting des initiatives expériences employés à l'aide d'approches fondées sur les données
- Collaborer à la mise en œuvre des améliorations opérationnelles pour des points de contact spécifiques de l'expérience, en accord avec la proposition de valeur pour les employés et la marque employeur de Sanofi
- Compétences techniques et relationnelles : communication, rigueur et autonomie. Appétence pour les projets en ressources humaines.
- Éducation : bac+5 en ressources humaines
- Langues : anglais courant
