As digital & continuous improvement lead apprentice within our operation excellence team, you’ll contribute to both continuous improvement initiatives – working alongside process experts – and the delivery of digital tools that simplify how we work every day.

Main Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the different transformation waves of M&S Services by identifying opportunities to standardise and simplify processes in collaboration with Global Process Leaders and subject matter experts.
• Contribute to the follow‑up of action plans put in place with the various functions, helping track progress, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery of improvement measures.
• Participate in the development of digital tools, including Power Apps and PowerBI dashboards, from gathering business needs through to delivery and post‑launch support.
• Take part in managing the product backlog for digital projects by writing clear user stories and ensuring priorities reflect the needs of the teams we support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to facilitate design workshops, map current processes, and co‑build simpler, more efficient ways of working.
• Contribute to reporting and communication on project progress, sharing updates with stakeholders in a clear and structured way.

About You

• Soft and technical skills: curiosity, rigor, organisation. Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and the Office suite. Suitability with agile projects.
• Education: Bac +5 in project management, engineering or informatics.
• Languages: English fluent.

À propos du poste

En tant qu’alternant.e digital lead et amélioration continue au sein de notre équipe excellence opérationnelle, tu participeras à la fois aux initiatives d'amélioration continue en collaboration avec des experts en processus et à la mise en place d'outils numériques qui simplifient notre travail au quotidien.

Principales Responsabilités

• Soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue tout au long des différentes phases de transformation, en identifiant les possibilités de standardisation et de simplification des processus en collaboration avec les responsables mondiaux des processus.
• Contribuer au suivi des plans d'action mis en place avec les différentes fonctions, en aidant à suivre les progrès, signaler les risques et garantir la mise en œuvre en temps voulu des mesures d'amélioration.
• Participer au développement d'outils numériques, notamment les applications Power Apps et les tableaux de bord PowerBI, depuis la collecte des besoins métier jusqu'à la livraison et au support post‑lancement.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles et internationales pour animer des ateliers de conception, cartographier les processus actuels et co‑construire des méthodes de travail plus simples et plus efficaces.
• Contribuer au reporting et à la communication sur l'avancement des projets, en partageant les mises à jour avec les parties prenantes de manière claire et structurée.

À propos de toi

• Compétences techniques et relationnelles : curiosité, rigueur et organisation.
• Éducation : bac+5 en ingénierie, gestion de projet ou informatique.
• Langues : anglais courant.
