As an Equipment Financing Lawyer, you will express your talents in the legal field, but also your curiosity and practical spirit, while evolving in an international sector. You will join a team of 5 lawyers in direct contact with the operational staff and in particular the Commercial Departments, starting from September 2026.

Concretely, you will be brought, under the supervision of your tutor and/or your manager, to:

• Participate, by engaging with our operational staff and in a negotiation approach, in the drafting of partnership, financing and service delivery contracts;
• Participate in the analysis of contractual projects submitted for our review by our various external counterparts;
• Participate in the redesign of our contract models;
• Conduct background research and write memos by using, where appropriate, the AI tools at our disposal, with all the necessary hindsight and precautions.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You are a Bac+5 student with a specialization in Finance Law, Contract Law, Banking Law, Business Law.

• You are rigorous, curious, attentive and know how to take into account positive and negative opinions to progress.
• You are familiar with standard digital tools and computer software (Office suite) as well as the consultation of legal databases.
• You are fluent in English! Your level of English allows you to conduct a conversation, analyze and draft clauses and contracts in English. The missions of this position are carried out 90% in English.
