Technical Customer & Project Lead – Government Business Unit (Levallois – France)

Duration: 12–30 months | Target candidates: Engineering or Business School students

About the Role

Join Linxens' Government Business Unit and gain hands‑on experience managing cutting‑edge eID, ePassport, and RF technology projects from concept to mass production. You’ll be the bridge between customers, engineering teams, and production—learning to deliver complex technical solutions in a global environment.

What You’ll Do

• Customer & Stakeholder Interface: Support technical discussions with government clients and translate their needs into practical solutions
• Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing product development projects across prototyping, verification, and industrialisation phases
• Requirement Management: Help collect, analyse, and track technical requirements through to delivery
• Risk & Quality: Learn to identify risks, ensure compliance with standards, and support quality control processes
• Digital Transformation: Contribute to innovative initiatives using AI design tools, cost‑simulation platforms, and Resource Management Office processes

What We’re Looking For

• Engineering / Business School student seeking a 12–30 month apprenticeship
• Interest in tech, project management, and manufacturing
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Fluent English (French, Thai, Chinese, or German a plus)
• Curiosity about AI tools, digital transformation, and process optimisation
• No prior experience required—just motivation to learn
