Description of the Project

Support for MRO Quality Department in scope of quality assurance.

Subjects:

• Human factor in the MRO Organisation
• FOD standard - organization improvement
• Workstation audits - IT tool improvement (if candidate has knowledge of Excel - macro / Visual Basic)

Substantive scope of the project:

• Identify common Human Factors in aviation
• Identify Human Factors in MRO STSP
• Elaboration of interactive training for MRO staff (e-learning)
• Analyse current FOD rules
• Proposing new preventing solutions
• Implementation of dedicated solutions
• Elaboration of FOD instructions & visualisations

Qualifications

• English language (Polish would be nice)
• Ability to independently search for solutions that can improve the process
• Software Knowledge: Excel, Power Point - macro / Visual Basic or alternative software for interactive presentations
