Internal Communication & Continuous Improvement (Alternance) - Your future position?

As an Apprentice in Internal Communication & Continuous Improvement in our Avignon site, you will support the standardization and enhancement of internal communication tools and materials across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of communication, data visualization, and Continuous Improvement (CI), with a strong focus on creating clear, structured, and impactful content (PowerPoint, Power BI dashboards, SharePoint pages, etc.). This role will have a duration of 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communication Standardization

• Harmonize and standardize PowerPoint templates, reports, and presentations
• Improve structure, readability, and visual consistency of internal materials
• Ensure clear and effective information delivery across teams

Data Visualization & Reporting

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support operational performance tracking
• Transform raw data into clear, insightful visualizations
• Support KPI tracking and reporting for CI initiatives

Tools & Platforms Optimization

• Support the structuring and enhancement of SharePoint pages and documentation
• Improve accessibility and organization of internal resources
• Contribute to best practices for Excel-based reporting tools

Continuous Improvement Support

• Assist in CI projects (process optimization, performance tracking, reporting)
• Help document processes and create standardized templates
• Support teams in adopting improved communication and reporting practices

You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Data, Communication, Marketing or related field)
• Srong proficiency in PowerPoint (advanced presentation design)
• Power BI (dashboard creation & data visualization)
• Excel (data analysis, structuring)
• SharePoint
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
• Strong sense of structure, clarity, and visual design
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear, actionable insights
• First experience with CI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), - Basic knowledge of data modeling and an experience in corporate communication or consulting environments would be beneficial
