We are looking for an Apprentice Financial Controlling – Fine Fragrance EAME & Global Key Accounts to join our Finance team in Neuilly-sur-Seine. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting a dynamic international business, collaborating closely with Finance and Commercial teams across Europe and Global Key Accounts.

What You’ll Make a Difference On

As part of the Finance team, you will support the Fine Fragrance business by providing forward‑looking financial insights, business analysis, reporting, and process improvements.

Financial Controlling (60%)

• Prepare monthly Sales Variance Analysis and explain key business drivers versus prior year, budget, and forecast
• Support the preparation of business review reports for Europe Fine Fragrance and Global Key Accounts
• Contribute to the Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast processes
• Monitor business performance and identify key risks and opportunities
• Support reporting and forecasting of sales, margins, and financial performance

Business Support & Projects (40%)

• Assist in modernising financial tools and processes and support stakeholder training
• Provide ad‑hoc financial and business analysis to support decision‑making
• Participate in finance projects and support master data maintenance activities
• Manage rebate calculation processes and related analyses
• Support pricing initiatives, including core lists, pricing reviews, and rebate agreements
• Contribute to market intelligence activities by analysing fragrance launches and market trends

Why You Are the Right Candidate

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working with large datasets and financial information
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, databases, data analysis)
• Interest in financial controlling, business partnering, and commercial finance
• Knowledge of SAP, Business Warehouse, or PowerBI is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Able to thrive in a fast‑paced, international, and evolving environment
