What you will do

At Volvo Group Purchasing, you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

Within the Investment Purchasing team, you will support Project Buyers in procurement activities related to production equipment across the Volvo Group.

Your mission will include:

• Building and maintaining trust‑based relationships with technical stakeholders
• Advising internal partners throughout their investment projects while following the purchasing process
• Leading continuous‑improvement initiatives to strengthen buyer–specifier collaboration
• Developing a supplier panel aligned with plant needs
• Managing investment purchasing projects in line with Group strategy
• Conducting commercial and contractual negotiations
• Supporting both French industrial sites and international purchasing projects

Your future team

You will join the Investment Purchasing team, working closely with technical experts from the Industrial Operations division. The team operates in a multicultural, dynamic environment where collaboration, curiosity, and initiative are valued. You will also interact with the international Purchasing community, giving you exposure to global projects.
