Apprentice Assistant Issuer Relationship

Role Overview

As part of the ExpertLine team and working closely with the market surveillance room, you will maintain regular contact with the market, Listing clients (including listed companies, financial intermediaries and law firms) and Euronext teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of Euronext’s environment and services.
• Assist Euronext clients using dedicated support tools, including statistics and legal aspects.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools to ensure a high‑quality service is delivered within agreed timeframes.
• Respond promptly and professionally to questions and requests from issuers and third parties via phone, email and meetings.
• Promote web services tailored to client needs, supporting their adoption and effective use.
• Ensure all queries from issuers are handled efficiently, providing clear and timely feedback.
• Create and maintain supporting documentation such as user guides and factsheets.
• Support the production of statistics for listed companies’ financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in transaction services, investment banking or advisory boutique.
• Good understanding of equity capital markets.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Rigorous, organised and dynamic, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Responsive and proactive, able to take initiative.
• Fluency in English and/or Norwegian is essential.
